About Me
Hi, I'm Renee. My first yoga class was when I was pregnant with my daughter. I loved how yoga made me feel calmer and helped me to feel more connected to my mind and body.
My main Yoga Teacher Training was in Hatha Yoga in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. Since then I have trained with Yoga Project School of Yoga in Embodied Posture Method, science based Functional Yoga that recognises that all bodies are unique and therefore postures should be adapted to suit individual bodies.
I have trained in Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Menopause, Mentorship with Laura Green Yoga and Yoga for the Nervous System with Laura Green Yoga. I recently completed training in Movement Science Essentials with Laura Gilmore Yoga.
I have trained in Children's Yoga and I am a qualified Early Years Teacher.
